Update 20.03.20

Following the PM’s announcement earlier this evening, we have been advised that pubs and restaurants are required to close.  We are currently contacting anyone with a booking here in the near future and will be working on take-out menus very soon.  We will update this page as soon as we have more information.

Update 16.03.20

The PM announced today that further social distancing is recommended which is already significantly impacting our business.  We still intend to continue with all bookings until the Government advises otherwise.

We are kindly requesting that any visitors joining us ensure they are following the safety guidelines by self isolating if they are experiencing any symptoms and are hand washing when in the hotel.

To assist with transfer risks, we are asking for all payments to be made by card or bank transfer, not cash.

Please help us by purchasing gift vouchers to be used when everything settles.

We are closely monitoring the progress of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will be taking guidance from the government as and when it’s available.

We want to reassure all of our guests that it’s ‘business as usual’ at Hadley Park House.  We already have stringent cleaning regimes in place and we have added additional sanitising measures to be extra cautious.

The safety and welfare of our guests and employees is paramount to us.  We will continue to do what we can to keep everyone safe.  Any employees displaying symptoms are instructed to stay at home and we kindly ask that any visitors show the same respect to our employees and fellow guests by not entering the premises if they too have had symptoms.   If you have visited one of the high risk countries and therefore may be infected, or come into contact with someone who may be infected, please contact us before entering the premises.

We will practise social distancing where we can by spreading out diners tables and timings where possible.  Our appointments, show rounds and interviews will continue as usual however, we will endeavour to conduct these in more open areas and will be refraining from hand shaking.

Most of our events are bookable online, vouchers are available to purchase via our website to be used in the future (including monetary value vouchers) and we take payments for advance booking over the phone too.  Our receptionists are happy to offer an express check in and check out for guests in bedrooms.  We also offer room service food to minimise contact.

Any guests visiting the hotel are also reminded to help us prevent the spread of the virus by following the government advise on hand-washing regularly.
