Our Chefs use the very best local ingredients to create interesting and tasty dishes. At Hadley Park, we are proud to offer a special Mother’s Day Sunday Lunch with a Shropshire twist that will have seasonal foods and local foods at the very heart of the menu.

Starters
Homemade leek and potato soup with crispy fried leeks and watercress
Chicken liver pate with fig chutney, focaccia crisps, and lemon dressed rocket
Pink peppercorn gin and beetroot cured seatrout, crushed pea and dill salsa and caper flowers
Panzanella salad with sourdough croutons, heritage cherry tomatoes, black olives and a tomato rosemary oil
Mains
Roast striploin of Staffordshire beef, with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal roast and green vegetables and a red wine and thyme jus
Pan-fried and roasted chicken breast with courgette and sweet potato boulangere and a pancetta and lemon beurre blanc
Sesame and teriyaki marinaded seatrout fillet, yakisoba fried noodles, sweet soy dressing, wakame seaweed salad, and nitamago flavoured egg
Vegan cajun spiced sweet potato roulade, lemon roasted new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, and a tomato and red pepper sabayon
Dessert
Espresso and cherry brownie, mocha chocolate sauce, and white chocolate shard
Orange and passionfruit syllabub with a pistachio and lemon biscotti
White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake with a hazelnut and honeyed oat base

Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate with family. It’s a great time to gather together, make memories and reminisce on days gone by. If you’d like something more private then we have a choice of more intimate private dining rooms that are perfect to share Mother’s Day Lunch at our Shropshire hotel and restaurant. There is the oak-panelled Lounge which comfortably seats 10, the light and airy Georgian Morning Room for up to 16 people and for those needing a little extra space, the larger Mulliner Suite suits larger groups. If you want to be guaranteed the peace, quiet and required intimacy on such a special day then get in touch A small room surcharge may be applicable.

On Mothering Sunday we will also be serving a Magical Afternoon Tea for £28.95 pp from 3 pm – 5pm (booking essential).
