At Hadley Park House Hotel, we strive to provide the very best customer service and exceptional quality stay. To receive feedback from guests is extremely welcome, so we were delighted to hear that we had achieved a 2017 Guest Review Award from booking.com

Our hotel in Telford has won many awards and attained prestigious four-star status. This recognition is another example that our award-winning hotel works hard to maintain high quality standards and service.

Each year, booking.com likes to celebrate properties that are Hospitality Heroes! Properties that have a review score average of 8.0 and above are recognised and Hadley Park’s average score was an impressive ‘fabulous’ rating of 8.6.

According to booking.com, they are confident that these properties offer great guest experiences and their Guest Review Awards are a great way to showcase this achievement. The score is based on all reviews that were published on the website during the 24 months preceding.
