Traditional roast turkey crown
With herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sprout mash, pig in blanket, pork and cranberry stuffing and gravy

Roast sirloin of beef
With Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and red wine jus

Pan fried seabass fillets
with parmesan and dill gnocchi tenderstem broccoli, roasted baby vegetables and lemon butter cream sauce

Nut roast stuffed butternut squash
With pearl barley, roasted squash, goats cheese, puy lentils, quinoa, roquitto peppers, sundried tomatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables and a roasted red pepper sauce
